Terms and Conditions of Sale

Use of the Site and purchase of products imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Object

These conditions govern the online sale of perfumes, cosmetics and related products (hereinafter “Products”) via the Site.
The offer and sale of the Products constitute a distance contract pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”).

3. Registration on the Site

To make purchases, the user can register by creating an account or proceed as a guest.
By registering, you guarantee that the information you provide is true and up-to-date, and you undertake to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Products and Prices

The products for sale are described and illustrated on the Site. The images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be fully representative of the actual product.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs and any other additional costs are clearly indicated during the purchase process.

5. Orders and Payments

The user can place orders by following the online procedure.
Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay
The order will be confirmed only after receiving payment.
If the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed and will be entitled to a refund of any amount paid.

6. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are made via [courier name].
Approximate delivery times: 2–5 working days in Italy.
Shipping costs are free above a certain amount / calculated at checkout.
The seller is not responsible for any delays or disruptions attributable to the courier or force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and that have been opened after delivery (such as perfumes and cosmetics).

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns and Refunds

After receiving the return and verifying the integrity of the product, Seven Sisters SRL will process the refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products purchased on the Site are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In case of defects, the customer must contact customer support via email at [customer support email], attaching a description and, if possible, photos of the defect found.

10. Responsibility

The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits resulting from the use of the Site or the products purchased.
In no event shall the seller's liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchase.
